The intervention
The studio's own drawings of December 2023 — a site plan and a layout plan — set the terraces, the steps and the pool against the contours of the canyon.

Material and detail
Dark timber and glass outside, white rooms and pale oak inside, bronze entry doors, terrazzo and a cedar sauna.

The result
Every room looks down the canyon to the ocean. At nightfall the glass walls glow through the oaks.
